- Open Official PDS website of your State
- Select option to Link Aadhaar with Ration card.
- Now enter your Ration card number.
- Enter Aadhar Card Number.
- Enter Registered mobile number.
- Click on Generate OTP.
- Enter the OTP.
- Click on Submit.
Ration Card-Aadhaar Card link: Offline Process
Offline process includes
- Collect Aadhar Card copies, passport size photos and necessary documents of all family members included in the card
- Visit the PDS office.
- Submit the documents
- After verification your Aadhaar linked to Ration Card

Message “UID SEED <State Short Code> <Scheme/Program Short Code> <Scheme/Program ID> <Aadhaar Number>”
Send the message to 51969.
Replace these with
- Aadhaar number-Your Aadhaar number
- Scheme/Program-Scheme code acc to state
- Scheme id-7 digit code
- State Short code-Your State code
A confirmation message will be received, Save it for reference.
